Ros has been a passionate cook for many years, with a specialized focus on allergy friendly cooking resulting from her own experience with assorted food intolerances. For many years she was a regular contributor to Wellbeing Magazine, writing recipes and ‘food as medicine’ articles.
Ros lectures in Health Promotion at La Trobe University and is a laughter yoga facilitator and wellbeing coach. Ros is a lively, engaging and inspirational facilitator who shares tools and strategies from expansive personal and profession life experience to help people reach heightened levels of joy, happiness and wellbeing.
